Welcome to the Cybersecurity Law and Policy Review

The Cybersecurity Law and Policy Review (CLPR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of cybersecurity from legal, regulatory, and policy perspectives. We bring together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and technologists to advance rigorous discourse on the evolving challenges of digital governance, data protection, cyber conflict, and information security law.

As cyber threats continue to grow in scale, sophistication, and geopolitical consequence, the need for robust legal frameworks and informed policy responses has never been greater.
